Our main products include conductive pastes, resistive pastes, insulating pastes, and the metal powders used as their raw materials, all of which are essential for electronic devices and components. We possess advanced technical expertise that allows us to produce everything from metal powders to finished pastes in-house. This includes technology for manufacturing nanoscale metal particles. By delivering high-quality products, we support the development of the electronics industry behind the scenes.
Powders
Powders are fundamental to all electronic component materials. In particular, nickel powders are used as the electrode materials for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs), which are essential for electronic devices. MLCCs are designed to meet the performance requirements of various electronic devices, which requires powders with optimized properties such as particle size and thermal behavior.
Conductive pastes
Conductive pastes are materials composed of conductive particles (such as metal powders like silver, copper, or nickel), binders that stabilize uniform dispersion, and organic solvents. These pastes are applied or printed to form conductive or fired films. They are widely utilized in applications such as forming electrodes, joining components, and forming electronic circuits in a wide range of electronic devices.
Resistive pastes
Resistive pastes are materials used in electronic circuits to form components with specific resistance values. They are mainly composed of conductive particles, insulating particles, and binders used to uniformly disperse and solidify them. The desired resistance value is achieved by adjusting the mixing ratio of the conductive and insulating particles.
Insulating pastes
Insulating pastes are materials used to electrically insulate and protect specific areas of electronic circuits, making them essential for enhancing the safety and reliability of electronic devices. They are used in applications such as interlayer insulation in multilayer circuits, sealing electronic components, or providing insulation between electrodes.
Quantum Dots
Quantum Dots are semiconductor nanoparticles with diameters of approximately 2 to 10 nm. This size is extremely small, roughly one hundred-thousandth the thickness of a human hair. We have established technologies that control particle size with precision of less than one atomic layer, successfully mass-producing InP Quantum Dots with the world's narrowest spectral linewidth (FWHM of 31 nm).
Quantum Dots offer a unique combination of precise color control, purity, and speed. Their emission color can be finely tuned, just by adjusting particle size, an effect called quantum confinement. Because they emit light in extremely narrow bands, Quantum Dots produce vivid, highly consistent colors. They also respond almost instantly, enabling smooth and accurate reproduction of fast-moving images. For these reasons, quantum dots are widely adopted in advanced display technologies such as LCDs and OLEDs, where both color fidelity and motion performance are critical.
